Father's Day Workshop - Friday 16th June

On Friday 16th June, we would like to invite Dad’s (or a male figure in your child’s life) to come in to school and spend a few minutes with them making a miniature kite. This is a good opportunity for Dad’s to come into school and to learn how to do something new alongside side their child(ren).

We hope that as many children as possible will get to take part…

This FREE workshop, which is likely to be very popular, will be in the hall – although we will need to go outside to try out our handy work, of course!

The workshop for Key Stage 2 children is from 2.30 – 3.00pm.

The workshop for children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 is from 3.00 – 3.30pm (children dismissed from their classroom and then come to the hall).

If you have children in both workshops you can either attend twice (giving each child some individual “dad” time) or attend with both at the same time at the 3.00 – 3.30pm session.

There is no need to book the session but it would be helpful if your child knows whether you are able to attend or not!  If there are multiple male figures in your child’s life – please also agree which one will be attending to save any confusion on the day.
